At EdUkation & Immigration Solutions, your privacy is important to us. The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) comes into effect on 19 May 2023. The GDPR introduces a significant number of changes to the existing EEA data protection landscape and expands the rights of individuals by giving them greater control over their personal data.   • Create a Legal Contract (Name, Email, Phone Number, Postal Address)

Where Do We Obtain Personal Data About You?

We process personal data that:

  • You Provide To Us Directly (Via Email/Phone Call/Verbally/In Writing), or:
  • You Provide to Staff at Educational Events and Exhibitions and Have Consented to Share This List of Contacts with EdUkation & Immigration Solutions

To Whom Do We Disclose Your Personal Data?

We won’t disclose your personal data to anyone. With regards to your name associated with your university applications, we may contact the universities on your behalf to track the process of your applications, request offers and CAS statements, withdraw applications, provide supporting documents, and schedule interviews.

Where Do We Store Your Personal Data?

Your personal data and documents are stored in electronic or paper form. Your digital data is stored in a password-protected database application (itself compliant with the GDPR) and/or the EdUkation & Immigration Solutions’s own computers, only accessible by the staff. Paper copies of contracts, invoices, receipts, handwritten application forms etc are stored in an office, only accessible by the staff.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?

We keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose of our relationship with you, in compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations. For legal reasons, we have to keep contracts and invoices for at least 5 years after the date of the contract or invoice.

What Are Your Rights in relation to Personal Data?

You can ask us to:

  • Provide You with a Copy of Your Personal Data;
  • Correct Your Personal Data;
  • Erase Your Personal Data; or
  •  Restrict Our Processing of Your Personal Data
